Formbell
Send the right email when a Google Form response comes in.
Formbell is a Google Forms add-on. You set a rule, such as "if the answer to this question is X, email this person", and Formbell sends a personalized email when a matching response arrives.
Formbell is preparing for review on the Google Workspace Marketplace. It is not listed yet.
What you get
- Conditional rules. Match on a question's answer (equals, contains, not empty, one of a list) and send to a fixed address or to an email from the response.
- Personalized emails. Put response values into the subject and body. Basic HTML is supported.
- Test before it goes live. Preview a recent response and send a test to yourself.
- A send log you can read. Recorded requests can show one of three states: Google accepted the send request, failed (with a reason), or result unknown. "Accepted" means Google took the request. It does not confirm inbox delivery, and we say so.
- Resend when needed. Pick a failed or unknown entry and send it again. Resends are labeled.
- Your Google sending limits, shown plainly. Formbell shows Google's remaining recipient count and how many recipients it requested today.

Prices and the free limit are shown inside the add-on before you pay. Dodo Payments handles Pro purchases as merchant of record. To manage or cancel a subscription, use the Dodo Payments customer portal if available or contact support.

Your data
- Formbell runs inside your Google account. Form responses are processed there and are not sent to our servers.
- Rules and the send log are stored with your form. Each form shares its latest 200 log entries. Entries from the last 30 days can be viewed or resent, whichever limit is reached first. Expired entries are deleted the next time Formbell runs. You can delete a form's shared Formbell rules and log from that form.
- To check a Pro license, Formbell sends the license key and activation information to Dodo Payments. It never sends response content or recipient addresses.

Honest limits
- Google limits how many emails a script can send per day. Formbell works within those limits and does not promise unlimited sending.
- Responses observed more than 48 hours after submission are not sent automatically. Retained eligible entries may be available for manual resend.
