Terms of Service

These terms apply to Formbell, a Google Forms add-on provided by Lazy Labs, Republic of Korea ("we"). By installing or using Formbell you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Formbell evaluates rules you set on Google Forms responses and sends emails through your Google account. It runs inside Google Apps Script and depends on Google services, including Google's daily sending and execution limits.
2. Plans and billing
- Free: 1 rule per Google account.
- Pro: $4 per month or $29 per year, taxes included, per Google account, covering every form in that account, within Google's limits. Checkout may display prices in your local currency. Review the total and included tax shown at checkout before paying.
- Pro is sold by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. The stated prices include applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Use the Dodo Payments customer portal if available, or contact us to request cancellation, and check the confirmation for the effective date. See Dodo Payments buyer terms for the purchase.
- To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will review it in good faith. Dodo Payments processes refunds under its buyer terms and applicable law. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use Formbell only to send emails that the recipients expect, and follow applicable laws on email and personal data.
- Do not use Formbell to send spam, to send to addresses entered by people who do not own them, or to bypass Google's limits or policies.
- You are responsible for the content of your forms, rules and emails.
4. What we do and do not promise
- Formbell shows when Google accepted a send request, when a send failed, and when the result is unknown. Google accepting a request does not guarantee delivery to an inbox.
- Responses observed more than 48 hours after submission are not sent automatically. Retained eligible entries may be available for manual resend.
- We work to keep Formbell reliable, but it is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that every email will be sent or delivered, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Formbell is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or data.
6. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service. For material changes we will update the effective date and show a notice in the add-on. You can stop using Formbell at any time by removing it. We may suspend use that breaks these terms.
